Noel Gene Marchant, son of Solon Melvin and Essie Mae Marchant passed away May 20th after a short illness.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Rama Lou Marchant and four children, Cindy Jean Brown, Sandra Jane Ensor, Lisa Gaye Brown, and Ronald Gene Marchant. He had Ten Grandchildren, Jonathon Ray Brown, Jason Michael Ensor, Jeffrey David Brown, Mindy Renee Armstrong, Jennifer Michelle Brazil, Shelly Renee Norris, Joshua Paul Brown, Tyler Jay Ensor, Makayla Meyers, and Lake Marchant. He is also survived by Seventeen Great Grandchildren and many friends and a wonderful church family.

Noel Gene served our country in the US Army from 1958—1964 and continued his service in the Army National Guard for many years. While serving, he was a Trumpet player in the US Army Band and was honored to play Taps for many Fallen Soldiers during his service.

He will be greatly missed by his wonderful family, friends and church family. He now presides in Heaven with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
