Gale Zanna Shoults, 74, of Springfield, Mo passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026. She was born in San Jose, CA on Saturday, December 1, 1951 to Freda May McCuller and Eugene Roberts.

Gale worked as a Clown for many years and also served as a Missionary. She was a member of James River Church. Gale marched to the beat of her own drum, always rooted for the underdog and her life’s dream was to end Homelessness. She loved visiting Israel, her grandkids and spending time with friends and family.

Gale was proceeded in death by her husband of 17 years Jack, her parents, one daughter Tera Walker, three brothers Kenneth, Edward and Larry Roberts and one sister Judy Roberts.

She is survived by her three children Trena Smith (Ron), Tina Shoults and Tracy Salazar (Anthony), one sister Carroll Melton, 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, MO 65804. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 AM on Friday, July 17, 2026 at the Highlandville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in her name to The Kitchen.
