Frank Vich, 82, of Elkland passed away surrounded by his loving children and family on Monday, December 5, 2011 at St. John's Hospital. He was born on January 1, 1929 in Phillips, Wisconsin.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents Anastasia and Charles Vich; four brothers, Charles, Alvin, Carl and John. Survivors include his wife Martha; seven children, Nick and Kathy Nicholson, Jim and Karen Vich, Joyce Vich, Clifford and Tammy Vich, Debra and Kener Vich-Campos, David and Kalyn Vich, Lynn and Tara Vich; one stepson, Wade Tilton. Frank has eight grandchildren; one step grandson and four great grandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters, Virginia, Ruth, MaryAnne and Alice; three brothers, Victor, Delano and William; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 5 pm till 8 pm at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO. Services will be Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 1 pm in the funeral home. Final resting place will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
