Alice Florette Turner, 80, of Brookline, MO passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 with family by her side. She was born on Sunday, December 6, 1936 in Southwest City, MO to Iva Rosa May Evans and James Louis Buchanan.

Florette owned and operated several Pony Expresses and worked for 17 years at Zenith. She loved to play cards and watch sports, especially St. Louis Cardinals baseball.

Florette was preceded in death by her husband Junior Turner and one grand daughter Melissa Long.

She is survived by her four children Ramona Long (husband Dave) of Walnut Grove, MO, Teresa Pierson (husband Randy) of Collins, MO, Randy Robbins (wife Julie) of Brookshire, TX and Gary Robbins (wife Crystal) of Springfield, MO, one sister Omajune Cantrell of Southwest City, MO, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grand children, two great-great-grand children and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802, with funeral services conducted by Pastor Danny Hill at 10am on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.
