Obituary

Bunell Fuller went to her eternal home to join her Savior and her loving husband of 60 plus years on Sunday, March 26, 2017. She was a resident of Maranatha Village in Springfield, MO at the time of her death. Bunell was born in El Reno, OK on Tuesday, May 17th, 1927 to Ola Hawley and Burtram Lowe.

She lived in the Quad Cities (IA) and Sun City, AZ before moving to Springfield, MO in 2008. Bunell married Dale W. Fuller on September 22, 1946 and to this union three children were born. Together they enjoyed 66 years of marriage until his passing in 2012. Bunell Fuller was quite the lady. She loved to cook and stayed busy doing crafts and sewing for many years. Bunell also ran the business side of her husband's plumbing business in the 70s and 80s. She was always active in her local church in various ways. Bunell and her husband gave great importance to giving to the Lord through the church and missionaries around the world. She loved her family intensely, and took immense pride in being a grandmother.

Bunell was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and one sister Mildred Clonce.

She is survived by her three children, Russell Fuller (wife Julie), Teresa Carrigan (husband John), and Linda Shipley (husband Gordon), one sister Virginia Bashaw, seven grandchildren, Tood Fuller, Cami Wells, Holli, Blake, Adam, Nathan and Jared Shipley, eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family .

Bunell will be laid in state Monday, April 3rd from 12-1pm at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802, with graveside services to follow. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to Hope Generation at www.hopegeneration.com, click box to donate, click "in honor of loved one" then type in Mrs. Fullers name. Checks made out to Hope Generation will also be accepted if sent to a family member.
