Bertha Eloise Bellah Wenker was born February 15, 1928 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She entered the presence of her Lord on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lila Eloise Bellah and Carl Bryant Bellah; son John Harbin.

She is survived by her brother Carl Bellah (Susan), Bloomington, MN; son, Stephen Harbin (Lisa Bowie), Boca Raton, Fl; daughter Alisa Harbin (Tim McBride), Basel Switzerland; nieces Emily Bellah, Aitkin, MN; Jillian Mckenny (Patrick), Eden Prairie, MN; grandchildren Heather Harbin Dye, Bakersfield, CA; Stephen Bryant Harbin (Heather), Grapevine, TX; Caitlin Harbin, Eusless, TX; Wesley Harbin (Andrea), Springfield, MO; Annie Huff (Kevin), Springfield, MO; Daniel McBride, John McBride, Winston-Salem, NC; 12 great-grandchildren.

She attained success throughout her career in education, excelling in guidance and counseling, public and private education, as well as overseeing corporate and military leadership conferences. During her retirement in Springfield, MO, she enjoyed traveling, strengthening her biblical knowledge through Bible studies, and encouraging her children and grandchildren throughout the years.

A short visitation will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM Monday, January 17, 2022 At the Klingner Cope Funeral Home Chapel, at Rivermonte, Springfield. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will be at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens in Springfield.
