Edward Lee Tuhey, 80, passed away at his home on Saturday, May 6, 2017. He was born on Friday, May 22, 1936 to Matilda Caspersen and John A. Tuhey.
In November of 1955 Ed and Hazel E. Tannehill were united in marriage and to this union two sons were born. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also loved classic cars and spending time with friends and family, most off all his Grandchildren.
Ed was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, one grandson Marshall, two brothers Don and Jerry and one sister Joann.
Ed is survived by his two sons, Randy Tuhey (wife Maya) of Nixa, MO and Steve Tuhey (wife Donna) of Springfield, MO, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous friends and family.
Following cremation, private services will be held at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations can be made to the St. Jude''s Children''s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
