Douglas Burton Corbin, 74, of Springfield, MO passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026. He was born in Springfield, MO on Saturday, September 1, 1951 to Myrtle Marie Smith and Clarence Burton Corbin.

Douglas was the owner of the Bookrack bookstore for over 50 years. He was an avid collector of comic books and loved the Three Stooges and old movies.

Douglas was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by one sister Joy Beachler (husband Leon) of Springfield, MO, one nephew Justin Beachler of Chicago, IL, one niece Aubry David (husband Brian) of Springfield, MO, five great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins, friends and family.
