Donald Gene Branstetter, age 57, of Springfield passed away at home Friday, August 12, 2022. He was born April 25, 1965 in Springfield to Don Branstetter and Maureen Bacon.

Donnie graduated from Crane High School in 1982. He retired form Kraft Foods after working there for 26 years. His favorite hobby was working on and riding his motorcycle.

Donnie is preceded in death by his father Don Branstetter.

Donnie is survived by his mother Maureen Bacon of Springfield; two sons Dustin and Tyler of Springfield; two brothers Russell Branstetter of Springfield and Randall Branstetter of Springfield; an aunt and uncle Don and Marguerite Pennington of Springdale, AR; a cousin Chris Rehagen and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home, in the Riverview Room, at Rivermonte, Springfield. The graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM.
