Obituary

Mavis "Dianne" Kimbrough (nee Fawcett) left us to be with her Heavenly Father and Elvis April 24, 2020. Dianne was born January 17, 1940 in Fair Grove, MO. As a youth, she enjoyed playing piano, singing in church, and spending time in the one-room school where her grandfather taught for many years. Her love of gospel music continued throughout her life.

She attended Central High School in Springfield, MO. Although her early life was adventurous, she eventually settled and worked many years as a dispatcher and courier with Pony Express Courier Corporation in St. Louis. Dianne was a proud and loyal registered Democrat. She enjoyed playing bingo with her husband and their friends, and missed being able to do so over the last few months.

She was preceded in death by her parents Glenn Fawcett and Opal Fawcett (nee Tracy), and her brother, Glen Dale Fawcett. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Thomas Kimbrough, her sons, Dana Byerley (Carol), Gary Byerley (Sandra), Tracy Byerley (Kathy), a daughter, Dr. Tanya Douleh (Gregg Wilson), a sister, Kay Saddler (Robert), eight grandchildren, and and eight great-grandchildren.
