Diane "Dee Dee" Wooldridge, 56 of Springfield, was born on August, 27, 1958 in Ventura, CA to Carl and Joan Young. She passed away on March 13, 2015 surrounded by her family.

She worked for many years at Jordan Creek Nursing and Rehab. She went above and beyond caring for others and always put everyone before herself. Diane was an extremely hard worker at anything she put her mind to. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loved being outdoors. She was always happy and enjoyed making others smile. Diane was the glue that held her family together and will be missed dearly.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, Joan and Carl Young.

She is survived by her daughters, Shawna and Lacey Isaacs; first grandson, Grayson; soon to be son-in-law, Thomas Rainey; brother, Barry Lake and sister-in-law, JoAnn; sisters, Connie Glessner and Renee Leach; brother-in-law, Jesse Leach; nephew, Jesse Lakota; special neighbor, Doris Mitchell and a host of family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO.
