Obituary

Dian (Lambeth) McDaniel died December 30, 2014 in Ozark, MO. She was born on August 25, 1939 in Forsyth, MO to Jack and Agnes Lambeth.

She graduated from Forsyth High School and attended Draughons Business College in Springfield, MO.

She was united in marriage to Wm. Sam McDaniel on April 8, 1961.
She was employed five years with the FBI in Washington, D.C.; seven years with Smith Glynn-Callaway Clinic and twenty years with the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers and three sisters.

Dian is survived by a son, Scott McDaniel and his wife Paige; three grandsons; two great-granddaughters; one brother, Don Lambeth of Ozark and several nieces and nephews.

Following retirement in 1992 she and her husband volunteered in state and national parks. Dian resided in Ozark for the past fifteen years and volunteered with the Ozark Presbyterian Church and in her local community.

Memorial donations may be made in honor of Dian to Mercy Hospice, 1570 W Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65807.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 2 p.m. in White Chapel Memorial Gardens under the direction of Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO
