Deloris "Dee" Early, 78, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 in Springfield, MO. She was born to Opal Haworth and Floyd Basore on May 10, 1936, in Springfield, MO.

Dee married Daniel Early on October 17, 1978 in Indiana. They enjoyed 26 years of marriage until Daniel passed away on May 11, 2005. Dee loved playing bunco, spending time with family and friends, ice cream and she was famous for her chicken and noodles. She loved the Lord and attended Ridge Crest Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; daughter, Deborah Kay "Lee" Stites; son, John Edwin Lee.

She is survived by her daughters, Jackie Wills (Dick) of Rogersville, MO and Rene Kropidlowski of Minneapolis, MN; son, Gregory Lee (Dee) of Palestine, TX; stepdaughter, Kathy Rodriquez (Dale) of Chicago, IL; sister, Patricia VanEpps (James) of Springfield, MO; brother Paul Basore (Betty) of Springfield, MO; 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; and a dear friend to many.

Visitation will be held from 9-10 A.M. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte Chapel, 4500 S. Lone Pine, Springfield, MO. Services will be held at 10 A.M. Saturday, January 17, 2015 in the chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn North Cemetery.

Family is requesting memorial donations be made to The American Heart Association or The American Cancer Society.
