David Alan Peck, 59, of Springfield, MO passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at home after a long battle with cancer. He left this world peacefully, surrounded by his family. David was born on Wednesday, September 27, 1961 in San Diego, CA to Delmar and Janet Peck.

He married Sandra D. Sharp December 18, 1980. They shared 40 years together before his passing. David enjoyed 42 years of working as a Plumber for the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union Local 178 and was one of the best in Springfield. He enjoyed going to work every day to support his family.

David was preceded in death by his brother Andrew Peck.

He is survived by his beloved wife, his parents, two sons James & Chris Peck, one daughter Jessica Lapinski (husband Greg), one sister Rebecca Hayley (husband Dan) and two grandchildren Eli and Jada who were the light of his life.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, July 19, 2021 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 5234 W. State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802. Memorial donations may be made to the family in the form of love offerings. Online condolences may be made at www.klingnerfuneralhome.com
