David Lynn Haworth's Obituary
David Lynn Haworth 66 of Springfield passed away at home on June 16, 2016. He was the Down syndrome son of Hershel "Speedy" and Wanna Fay Haworth. David enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Donna. David is survived by his sister, Shirley and a brother Stephen Wayne and many
nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
A service of remembrance will be held at Klingner-Cope at Midtown, 1635 N. Benton Ave. on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 2 p.m.
