On Thursday, December 19, 2024, Ms. Daniell McCurdy passed away at the age of forty-two after battling some hard health conditions in Springfield, MO.

Daniell Lynn McCurdy was born on Wednesday, January 20, 1982 to Becky Rowden and James McCurdy Sr. in Springfield, MO. She attended school in Willard, MO. Throughout her life, she had many friends. They would describe her as a very hardworking and determined woman. Many say that she was a great friend, daughter, niece and especially a loving mother.

Daniell enjoyed hiking and basking in the beautiful scenery around her, taking in the vibrant color of the flowers during a clear spring day and enjoying the warm summer seasons at the lake during camping trips. She also loved swimming during long summer nights and spending time with family during holiday meals. Most of all, Daniel loved the little things in life. She was the light to look for in the darkness.

She is survived by one daughter, Haden Mathews; father, James McCurdy Sr; mother, Becky Moody and husband, Randy; one brother, James McCurdy; uncle, Chad Miller; cousins, Sherry and Kota Agee and Aundrea Tindle; close friends, Jessica Wollen, Alisha Poole and Chris Dickens.
