Daniel Robert Sturkie, 61 of Willard, MO passed away February 23, 2015. He was born December 21, 1953 in Jackson, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton Bedford Sturkie and Gladys Alvin Dillard; his sister, Lillie Jane Dhillon and his brother, David Clinton Sturkie.

He is survived by his wife Tracy Sturkie; sister, Rebecca Jackson; nephew, Greg Dhillon and his wife Jamie; nieces, Tina Dhillon-Ashley and her husband Raymond, Carla Dhillon and Courtney Arnall and many more grand nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.

Daniel owned his own business in the Springfield area for 25 years. He was a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church, was a 32nd Degree Freemason, Shriner, had many interests and hobbies, cars, antique motorcycles and hunting. He had friends from every walk of life and he loved them all. He will be dearly missed, he was loved by many.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO.
