Clarence Eugene Kilburn was born on July 8, 1924 and passed this life on April 6, 2015 at the age of 90.

Clarence was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who was always willing to help others. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Ruby, of 63 years; children: Sharon Longley, Steve Strejcek and Gary Kilburn; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday April 8, 2015, from 6-8 P.M., at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home Rivermonte Chapel, 4500 S. Lone Pine, Springfield, MO. Services will be held at noon on Thursday, April 9, 2015, in the chapel. Burial will be at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
