Christine Robbins, 82, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at her daughters'' home with family by her side. She was born on Wednesday, July 4, 1921 in Mtn. Grove, MO to Harold and Elizabeth Dobson.
Christine was an avid Gardener and BINGO player. She also enjoyed the senior center dances in Nixa for many years. Christine retired as a nurse''s aid and was a caretaker for several friends and family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert D. Robbins.
Christine is survived by her daughter Joy Dothage (husband Bob), four Grandchildren and one Great-Granddaughter.
A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, MO 65804, with funeral services at 11am on Thursday, March 9, 2017. The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude''s Children Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
