Chloe Renee Jo Baker, 4 months, of Springfield, MO passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 4:25 p.m. of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome in St. Louis Children''s hospital. She was born to Chelsea Flowers and William Baker II on February 9, 2014.

Chloe loved to smile and snuggle with mommy and daddy. She loved listening to the bible being read to her by her daddy and loved to play dress up with mommy.

She was received into Heaven by paternal great grandpa William Dale Baker (Pa Bill); paternal great grandpa Kenneth Daniel; maternal grandfather Robert Schrum; maternal great grandmother Elouise Gabaniss; 1 cousin Brandon Shelton Flowers and many beloved friends and family.

Chloe is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents Danny Flowers and Pamela and William Fick; maternal great grandmother Virginia Schrum, paternal grandparents William and Dana Baker; paternal grandmother Daschell Mincks; 3 paternal great grandmother Sandra Daniel, Jean Walker and Jeanie Bolinger; paternal great grandfather Robert Reed; great grandparents Larry and Violet McElhaney; aunts, uncles, friends and family.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte Chapel 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave Springfield, MO with service to take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 2 p.m. in Rivermonte Chapel.

Memorial donations may be made in the form of love offerings to the family of Chloe.
