Charlotte Ann Kramer (Elkins) passed away on August 30th, 2019 in Springfield, Missouri at 84 years old.

Charlotte was born on August 31st, 1934 in Mt. Vernon, Missouri to Noel and Bertha Elkins. She grew up in Springfield, Missouri. As a student, Charlotte made good grades and completed the 9th grade in Springfield. She later worked at a dry cleaning business for many years before retiring. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting, and spending time with her cats. She was a wonderful cook and made peanut brittle each year for Christmas gifts.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Bertha Elkins, sisters Murial Dixon, Nova Jean Searls and Delores Thurman, and two sons Larry Wallace and Randy Wallace.

She is survived by one sister, Janice Breckner, her children Jack Wallace, Pam Wallace, and Kerry Kramer, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday September 12th, 2019 at New Site Baptist Church in Monett, Missouri.
