Charles F. Hudson, 89 of Springfield, was born December 23, 1926 in Fr. Scott, KS to Gertrude (Hare) and Sam Hudson. He passed away on October 11, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Stella and brother, Denver.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Carol (Dan) Jones; grandsons, Ron (Julie) Boles, Michael (Nichole) Boles and David (Samira) Boles; sisters, Leta Hite and Una (Don) Henderson and numerous nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.

He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held Friday, October 14, 2016 from 10 till 11 am at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield with service to follow at 11 am. Interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
