Charles "Charlie" Higgins, 88 passed away on November 5, 2015.
He was a dedicated and proud Mason and Shriner. He loved spending time at Gate of the Temple Rice Camp. He always had a smile and had many friends. He was a wonderful and caring Father, Grandfather and friend.
Charlie is survived by one brother Bud Higgins, Daughter Peggy Zeller and husband Ed, two grandchildren; Edward and his wife Kayla, Granddaughter Katie and two great granddaughters; Savannah and Isabel.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 5-7 PM at the Chapel, and the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Klingner-Cope at Rivermonte Chapel at 1 PM.
He will be greatly missed by many.
