Carolyn Parcel of Springfield, MO was born March 6, 1942 and went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2013. She was 70 years and 10 months at the time of her passing.

She was a member of Orchard Crest Baptist Church and before retirement, Carolyn was a long time employee of Cox Health.

She is survived by her sister, Becky Clark and husband Sandy; brother-in-law, Richard Simmons; several nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Mae Parcel and sister, Nancy Simmons

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 6:00 till 8:00 pm at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Internment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
