Gene Morgan was born in Watseka, Illinois on March 14, 1931 and passed away on Friday morning, February 12, 2016. Gene was a resident of Springfield at the time of his passing. Gene was happily married to the "True Love" of his life Helen Morgan.
Gene is survived by his beloved wife and long life partner of 56 years, Helen; his son and daughter in law, Scott and Amy Morgan; grandchildren Barry Morgan and Sophie Morgan; great grandchildren Michael and Makenzie and a circle of family and friends.
