Billy L. Speer, 90, of Springfield passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019. Billy was a loving husband for many years. Billy was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved tinkering in his workshop, growing tomatoes in his garden, vintage cars, and classic westerns.

Billy is survived by son Mark Speer (Debra) of Springfield, daughter Donna Birkman (Jeff) of Aurora, CO; grandchildren Jesse Speer, Erica Ellis (Michael), Tessa Eidson (Adam), Rachel Mahy (Jeremy); great-grandchildren Lily Mahy, Addyson Mahy, Violet Mahy, Scarlett Mahy, and Hattie Mahy.
