Bill Shepley, Sr. was born July 18, 1933 to Ott and Ernestine Shepley and passed from this life on January 5, 2012. He served his country during the Korean War. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Dorothy and his son, Billy Shepley, Jr. Bill is survived by his loving wife Rachel, children Debbie (Rick) Wilson and Cindy Shepley of Rogersville, Dawn (Phillip) Calkins of Washington, Mike (Tammy) Cornelius of Bruner, Steven Cornelius of Sparta, brothers Dale (Millie), Sam, Terry (Merry Ann), sister Joy Gatewood, and special friend Sam Coulter. A visitation will be held on Monday from 6-8pm in the Chapel at Klingner-Cope Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 1pm at Klingner-Cope with the interment to follow at Union Chapel Cemetery.
