Bill France 75, of Springfield Mo passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Cox South in Springfield, Mo. He was born in Wichita, KS on Monday, November 5, 1945 to George and Marie France.

Bill graduated from Wichita State University with an Art major/Business degree. He went on to become President/mentor of Springfield WinWater of Winwholesale for the last 25 years. Bill and Vonda made sure they had their first cup coffee together every morning to start their day. They enjoyed taking drives and having little weekend getaways. Bill loved spending time with family and his circle of friends that he shared so much laughter with. His most enjoyable past time was to sit by the water whether it be a lake or a stream. Bill was not only a wonderful partner, as well as a dad, grandpa and an amazing friend. He was a true example of what every man strives to be. Bill's spirituality was portrayed through his passion for God and life. He truly did everything he could to find "the gift" which was "love" everyday and "If you do the right thing for the right reasons, you will get the right results". Everyone that knew him well would say that is how he lived his life by those simple rules. We are forever grateful for having Bill in our lives and we will be counting the days until we meet again. We love him dearly. "Saddle Up"

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Bill is survived by his Fiance and soulmate Vonda Morelock Cover,two loving sisters, Donna France MacNeil and Debbie France, two son's Denny Carver and wife (Stacy Carver),Brad Cover and fiance (Gabrianna Gardner), and three grandchildren that he adored Kirsten Carver,Hayden Carver,and Nevaeh Cover.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 10:00-11:45am at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte (4500 S. Lone Pine Springfield, MO) with a graveside service to follow at 12:00 pm at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
