Betty Hughes, 84, of Springfield, MO passed away Monday, August 26, 2013. She was born on April 24, 1929 at Springfield, MO to David and Rosa (Turner) Wilson.
She is survived by her husband Leslie Hughes, son Richard Wilson and wife Joanne, son Jack Wilson and wife Luanne, son Russ Wilson and wife Debbie, daughter Jeania Major and husband Brett, step-daughter Lanette Welsh and husband Clay, 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two on the way.
Preceded in death by son Greg Wilson, three sisters Elza, Gracie, Ruth, two brothers Gene Wilson and Harold (Buddy) Wilson.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 30, 2013 from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.
in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE (E. Division), Springfield, Mo with funeral service at 2:00 P.M. The interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
