They attended Golden Avenue Baptist church for many years, serving in many ways. At the time of her passing she was a member of the Harmony Baptist church, Rogersville. They were married 30 years at the time of his death and had 3 children, Jack Campbell, Jerry Campbell, and Carol Lamborn. Betty was a homemaker all of her married life to Wayne. After his death she worked as a cook at a nursing home, a church, and a convenience store. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, making beautiful quilts, and gardening. Betty loved time with her family, especially the little ones. When she met someone with a baby she would ask to see their baby, saying she was the baby inspector. They all passed inspection, she loved babies so much. Betty loved helping others in Jesus name. She married Ray Warren on January 8, 1983. Once again she became a homemaker.  She found she enjoyed the beauty of God's creation even more while camping at Pomme de Terre Lake. Ray passed away in 2004.
