Betty Barnes, 84, of Springfield, MO went home to be with her Lord with her family by her side, on Sunday September 29, 2019. She was born on December 05, 1934 in Hector Arkansas, to Lloyd and Ola (Rinehart) Parrish.

Betty married Darold Barnes, and this union was blessed with two children, Darla and Darren. They were the proud owners of Crump Trucks and Trailer Works. Betty and Darold were married over 60 years before his passing in 2013. She loved to garden and crochet, but most of all Betty loved her family. She had a sweet personality with a very big heart.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Darold, and multiple siblings.

Left to mourn her passing are her children Darla Rodgers and husband Butch, Darren Barnes and wife Candy, grandchildren; Brandon Wise, and Danielle and Jesse Barnes, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and countless friends. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives have been touched by hers.

A visitation is scheduled for Monday, October 7 ^th from 11- 12 in the Chapel at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte (4500 S. Lone Pine). Funeral services will follow at 12 noon with interment at Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 2pm.
