Betty Ruth Clark, age 81 was born on January 23, 1935 in St Louis Missouri to Otha and Clara Delores (Grotts) Ball. She passed away on November 28, 2016

Betty worked for Southwestern Bell in St. Louis, Hannibal, and Springfield Missouri for 41 years. After retiring, she worked as a greeter at Cox Walnut Lawn for 18 years. Betty loved working with people. Her favorite hobby was crocheting and making her grand and great grand babies their first blanket. She relished in taking care of her two sons. All that knew or met her loved her, and you could always count on her big smile. She was beautiful inside and out!

She is preceded in death by her mother and father.

Survived by her 2 sons, Timothy Clark and Michael Melton; granddaughter, Courtni Clark; 2 brothers, Lemuel Freday and Sam Freday; 4 sisters, Roberta Flint, Nancy Clementson, Nellie Haege and Sallie Reddick also grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 10:00 am in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division) with interment to follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
