Barbara A. McKay 74, of Willard, MO passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in Springfield, MO. She was born on June 27, 1943 to Charlie and Minnie (Coleman) Patterson.

Barbara was a member of Pathways United Methodist Church. She held many positions locally and regionally within the church, playing the church organ, active in U.M.W. and was very involved with community outreach programs within the church. Most of all, Barbara loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Robert Mckay, parents, and two sisters.

Survivors include her two children, Renee` Knight and husband Greg and Scott Mckay and wife Leslie; two grandchildren, Amelia McKay and Colin Smith; one great grandson, Ethan Smith; one half brother, Lee Brown; two nieces, Sylvia and Janie and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation being held one hour prior at 1:00 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 W. State Hwy EE Springfield, MO). A burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
